Shopping Returns

The goal of our company is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products you purchased within ten (10) calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, by filling in the return form included in the package signed. As well as electronically, by filling in the relevant document.
The costs of sending the returns due to withdrawal are borne by the USER.

To make the return, you must:

1) Fill in the printed product return form that was sent to you, signed, together with the product of your order and the other accompanying documents. (In case you do not have the product return form available click here) or you can also call us at 210-6742302.
2) Consult with the transport company of your choice, which will receive the product. In case of our mistake the return costs will be borne by our company and the shipment will be made with the EASY MAIL courier within 2-3 working days. With any other shipping of your choice the costs will be borne by you and we do not bear any responsibility for the delivery times.

4) Once the products are received and checked, our company will inform you via e-mail about the progress of your return.

Please make sure that the items you wish to return meet the conditions according to the return policy:

• Products must be accompanied by the return form we send you.
• The products must not be used, worn, washed, modified or damaged. We remind you to try the products you bought without removing the labels or binders, as we do not accept returns if they are not in the same condition in which they were delivered to you.
• Products must be returned complete and unused.
• Returned products must be returned within ten calendar days (10) of the day of receipt.
• In any case you will be charged with shipping costs, unless the returned product is proven to be defective or by mistake ours is not what you ordered.
• Refunds are not possible, only upon receipt of a damaged product. You have the option of either exchanging with any other product or crediting the value of the product you returned in order to use it in your next purchase.
