COD PAYMENT (receipt of the order at your place)

By delivering your order at your place, you pay the courier. The cash on delivery method is valid for the cities of Greece and regardless of weight.
The process is completely safe. You receive your order at your place from the COURIER distributor and you pay the price of your order at the time of receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are borne by the store.

MARKETS

After selecting the products you wish to buy, fill in the order form and choose the payment method.

Our company will inform you about the number of your order by e-mail within 24 hours, to confirm that your order has been received and completed. This e-mail means that your order has been accepted.

In case a payment method by credit or debit card has been selected, our company will debit your account after the partner bank first checks the card and holder details. In case our company finds significant errors in the order, it reserves the right to refund your card and cancel the order.

Our company also reserves the right not to accept the order, if it fails to obtain payment authorization, when the product is not available or does not meet the quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if the customer does not meet the eligibility criteria listed above.

SHIPPING PRODUCTS

The products will be sent by a courier partner with our company to the address you will specify when submitting your order within two or three working days from the day of the order. For orders outside Greece, the products will be sent by Post or cooperating courier within five or seven working days from the day of the order. Cash on delivery is free in Greece for all our items worth over 20 euros. Shipping to Europe is free for orders over 190 euros. For shipments abroad outside Europe the costs are borne by the customer and are calculated at the completion of the order.

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, the above delivery deadline will be extended for the duration of the delay.
